Ok so I am lagging on the whole exercise thing but Monday is a new day and beginning of a new week! I started this gloomy day with... can you believe 270 situps Yay!!! After a very long weekend which involved yet another "attack" I want to get, and stay on track. Just another reason for getting healthy! So my plan is to clean the house and go for a walk.
