Wow last published Sept 17 - well glad to be back. Today I made an effort to get back on track. Much has happened while I have been away. I ended up having more gall bladder attacks and saw a surgeon and had my gall bladder removed all in the matter of 4 ot 6 weeks. I also went on a business trip with work. Such a busy time. Today is 14days since I have had my surgery and so I thought I am challenging myself today why not do some situps as well! So I did. However due to the surgery and the fact I have been pushing myself farther than what the doctors say I should I took it easy, the number you wonder is 50. I know you are thinking 50 come on, but let me tell you what else has happened lately. Merv is out of town hunting and I am home alone with my kiddos. As per the doctors I am not supposed to lift anything heavy for a couple of weeks and nothing really heavy for 6 weeks. Along with those instructions I was told by the nurse who took out my staples that exercise is good but in moderation...so I am out of volleyball for 6 weeks. After that I see my surgeon and she will let me know from there. Today is a mini blizzard where I am and I still took out the kids (had to because I had enough formula for today only, and tomorrow is supposed to be just as nice out). I have shovelled - even though that is darn heavy and carried in both kids. As soon as I figure out how I may put on some pics of the cuties. Can not believe D.D. is over 2 and Little Man is 7mths. Where does the time go? Anyways hope your still following and keeping tabs on those totals. Oh yeah you can add 0 to Mervs total...haha. Good luck with that!!
